My father Late. Shri Trikamlal Shankarlal Barot always insisted on organic fertilizers for growing cereals & spices for preparing nutritive and delicious food. He grew spices like chillies, turmeric, coriander seeds in our form using organic fertilizers and prepared masalas ( spices) traditionally to preserve natural goodness & taste. He believed that commercially prepared masalas were adulterated & unhealthy.
Inspired buy his practice I promoted Hindustan Food to produce pure & natural masalas under Mother India Brand on 1/4/2005 from spices which are grown in our farms using organic fertilizers.
